In Memoriam of Assoc. Prof. Ing. Juraj Slovák, CSc.

With deep sorrow we regret to inform the sad demise of our dear friend  and colleague Assoc. Prof. Ing. Juraj Slovák, CSc. who passed away on Monday 5th August 2024 aged 84. He was hard working and heavily contributed to the development of the Faculty of Management Science and Informatics of University of Žilina in Žilina as a Vice-dean for Science and Research and a Vice-dean for International Cooperation. 

A burial ceremony will take place on 9th August 2024 at 11 am at the New Cemetery in Žilina. 

We at the faculty will forewer miss his presence. 

May God rest his soul in peace.
